Elastic Rock is Nucleus' first album recorded in January 1970. The first work of the Nucleus is absolutely an album to be rediscovered; their way "progressive" to see the jazz-rock creates a unique style, which will better body in his later works. The band in this album can immediately give a nice boost to the whole fusion movement of that time and it was certainly a beautiful reality given that the levels of interpretation of the jazz rock are very high in their work. Once the tools are dumb and the music turns off, everything around us will appear for a few moments desperately and absolutely motionless.
 Definitely a journey to be undertaken for all of you, no regret at all!

Elastic Rock è il primo album dei Nucleus registrato nel gennaio del 1970. La prima opera dei Nucleus è un album assolutamente da riscoprire; il loro modo "progressivo" di vedere il jazz-rock dà vita a uno stile inconfondibile, che prenderà meglio corpo nei lavori successivi. La band in questo album riesce subito a dare una bella spinta a tutto il movimento fusion di quel tempo e sicuramente fu una bella realtà dato che i livelli di interpretazione del jazz rock sono molto alti in questo loro lavoro. Una volta che gli strumenti saranno ammutoliti e la musica si spegnerà, tutto intorno a noi ci apparirà per qualche attimo assolutamente e disperatamente immobile. Sicuramente un viaggio da intraprendere per tutti voi, nessuno se ne pentirà di certo!
