Darwin! is the second album of the Italian progressive rock band Banco del Mutuo Soccorso and is a concept album on the theme of evolution. The environment is that prehistoric and interpretation is based on the theories of evolution of the human species, however, dealt with an eye on the fragility and uncertainty of today. The metaphor of the 'evolution of man' s serves as a pretext to give voice to the desire of spaces of freedom, a new emerging culture, which in turn invokes the theme of diversity that leads to painfully be compared with the "other."One of the best italian progressive rock albums!

Darwin! è il secondo album del gruppo di rock progressivo italiano Banco del Mutuo Soccorso ed è un concept album sul tema dell'evoluzione. L’ambiente è quello preistorico e l’interpretazione si fonda sulle teorie evoluzionistiche della specie umana, trattata tuttavia con un occhio sulle fragilità e le incertezze dell'oggi. La metafora dell’ evoluzione dell’ uomo funge da pretesto per dare voce alla voglia di spazi, di libertà, ad una nuova cultura emergente, che richiama a sua volta il tema della diversità che porta a paragonarsi dolorosamente con l’ “altro”. Uno dei migliori album di rock progressivo italiano!
